Where it fits: teams that need to query and act on a domain knowledge graph in a way they can trust and audit — maintenance & reliability engineering, regulated or safety-critical operations, and any setting where every answer must trace back to the exact query and source that produced it. Users ask in plain English and get a matched intent with a confidence score, the parameters and steps that ran, full lineage on each value, and gated write actions (e.g. raising a CMMS work order) behind explicit approval. It is a controlled catalogue of reviewed queries and registered tools that clarifies rather than guesses — not a free-form chatbot.
